SOS Global Indians is an information and discovery platform for Indians and NRIs in the USA — news, guides and community resources, aggregated from public sources. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to submit a business profile or contact form.

Submissions and conduct

• You are responsible for any content you submit (such as a business profile) and must have the right to share it.
• No spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or misleading submissions.
• We review and moderate submissions and may edit, reject or remove anything at our discretion.
• Business contact details you include in a profile are published so visitors can reach you.

No endorsement · no liability

SOSGI aggregates and curates information from public sources and is not a party to any transaction. We do not verify, endorse or guarantee any business, professional, service, event or piece of aggregated data, and we make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Third-party data, ratings and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Always verify independently before acting or transacting. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law SOSGI disclaims liability for decisions made or dealings entered into based on information found here.

Guides, resources and aggregated news are provided for general information only — they are not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice; consult a licensed professional before acting. News headlines link to and belong to their original publishers. From The Drivers' Seat articles are the views of their authors. Imagery on the platform is AI-generated or licensed royalty-free.

Sponsored placements and premium directory profiles are paid or promotional positions and are always labeled as such. Sponsorship does not constitute SOSGI's endorsement.

Reader accounts

Accounts are verified by a one-time email code. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform. Saved items are a convenience feature provided as-is and may be stored on your device.

Assumption of risk

Information about visas, taxes, healthcare, schools, housing, businesses and professionals changes constantly and varies by individual circumstances. You assume full responsibility for decisions made using the platform, including financial, immigration, medical, educational and safety decisions. Attending any event or engaging any business or professional found through the platform is solely between you and that third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied; SOSGI, its founders, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform or any third-party content, site, event, business or professional accessed through it; and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOSGI and its founders, employees and partners from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you submit, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights.

Intellectual property & DMCA

The SOSGI name, logo, design and original content are our property; third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners, shown here under aggregation with attribution and linking to the source. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact us via the contact form with the details required by the DMCA and we will respond promptly, including removal where appropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
